Having split her time between Cornwall and London for many years, Sarah quite understands the difficulties of looking after a property when located many miles away.

Not everybody wants the expense of a management company and does not necessarily require one. But on the odd occasion we know that you would like an extra pair of hands.

Fill the fridge
Driving to Cornwall late after work with kids in the back screaming “are we there yet?” How nice would it be to arrive to something chilled in the fridge and a late-night snack laid out ready for everybody?
We can also have your larder filled with veggies from the local farm shop or your supermarket delivery already packed neatly away.

House and Garden maintenance
Need your lawn mowed or your garden planted with Cornish Palms? Need somebody to spring-clean before the holidays start and make sure the beds all have clean linen? Maybe you would like somebody to just pop in every other day to tidy up and sweep and wash the floors when you have hoards of guests to stay. We can find somebody who can help you.

Post and Bills
Not visiting until the summer holidays? We can organise somebody to drop in and check your post; deal with anything pending and notify you of anything urgent.

Entertaining
Fancy a picnic on the beach or a barby in your favourite spot but do not want the burden of organising it all? We can fill your wicker baskets with goodies; source fresh fish for the grill and even cook it for you!

We can also organise for staff to come and cook in your house and even fill and empty the dishwasher!
